Information Duo uses

Duo reads battery level and charging state, network connection state, and available device network information to show its widgets. Cellular bars are an estimate based on radio and network information available through iOS; Duo does not measure actual signal strength or internet speed.

iOS only makes the connected Wi-Fi network name available to an app with precise, while-in-use Location access. Duo uses that permission only to display the network name. Duo does not read your coordinates or location history.

Information stored on your iPhone

Duo stores your app preferences, the latest device reading (including the Wi-Fi name when permitted), and a small rolling history of up to 48 battery readings locally on your iPhone. The app and its widgets share this local storage to display the readings. Duo does not upload this information to any server.

If you do not allow Location access, Duo can still show battery information. The connected Wi-Fi name will not be available. You can change this permission in iOS Settings.

The latest reading is replaced as new readings arrive, and older battery samples are removed as the rolling history fills. Local settings and readings remain until the app replaces them or you delete Duo from your iPhone. Duo provides no server-side storage or cloud sync; any device backup is controlled by your iOS settings.

Accounts, advertising, and tracking

Duo does not require an account and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell device readings or share them with third parties.

Email support

If you email us, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. We use them to respond to your support request. Email is handled by the email services involved in sending and receiving your message. Contact us at ify0222yfi@gmail.com.

This website

The site itself does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising scripts, load third-party fonts or remote images, or include a contact form. The hosting provider may process basic connection information to deliver and protect the site under its own service policies.
